Material Introduction

The main insulator body is made of high-purity white alumina ceramic, featuring excellent high-temperature resistance, stable insulation performance and low thermal deformation. The threaded connecting part is precision machined brass, which delivers good wear resistance and smooth thread fit. A durable rubber O-ring is pre-assembled for reliable sealing and dust prevention during laser cutting operations.

Instructions

Inspect the ceramic body for cracks, chipping or damage before installation. Discard defective units.
Clean threads and mating surfaces thoroughly to remove dust, slag and oil residue.
Align and hand-tighten the insulator onto the cutting head. Do not apply excessive torque to avoid ceramic fracture.
Check the sensing signal after installation and test cutting before mass production.
Replace the insulator promptly if there is sensing error, burn marks or ceramic cracking.
Store in dry, clean surroundings and avoid heavy impact.
